SRAG Notary Dubai acts as a private document services provider. We provide document preparation, translation, and processing services to assist clients with official notarization in Dubai. We are not a government body or a law firm. We specialize in document preparation, translation, and facilitation services.

Access Issues

The Website is built to operate as a platform and communication tool between clients (the "Clients") and us for the provision of services offered on the website (collectively, the "Website Services").

You are responsible for your internet connection to access the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that any person who accesses the Website through your internet connection or device is aware of our Legal Terms and complies with them.

You may only use the Website and the Website Services for lawful purposes. You must not use the Website or the Website Services in any way that is unlawful, abusive, libelous, obscene, threatening, or is otherwise prohibited by our Legal Terms; to harm minors in any way; or to send, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which is in breach of our Legal Terms.

While we will endeavor to ensure that the Website is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice including, without limitation, due to a system failure, maintenance, repair, or for reasons beyond our control. You agree that we shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You are responsible for ensuring that all documents and information provided to SRAG Notary Dubai are accurate, authentic, and complete. We hold no liability for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or fraudulent submissions.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure separates administrative service fees from official court/government fees. All payments must be settled as agreed prior to the final processing of your documents. Quotes provided are estimates and subject to final confirmation.

9. Refunds

Except as otherwise stated in the 30-day money back guarantee terms, once you have placed an order for any of the Website Services, no refunds of any amount paid by you shall be possible unless you cancel the Website Service requested by you within a maximum of two (2) hours of your order. For the avoidance of doubt, any change of circumstances or change of mind does not entitle any client to any refunds after the expiry of the said two (2) hours time-frame permitted for the cancellation.

10. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if anything goes wrong on our part.

When you apply for a refund under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, please send us an email-complaint explaining your concern or call us. After receiving your complaint, we will examine the default within 15 working days and will notify you of the outcomes of our examination. If your complaint is found to be reasonable, then we will refund your payment by cheque or bank transfer within 45 days, after deducting the fees we have incurred for preparing your documents (e.g., translation charges, bank charges, and any other charges that may occur) and all expenses in relation to such refund.

11. Reporting Offensive or Illegal Content

While we do not control all user-generated content posted on our Website, we do not wish to see harmful, offensive, or illegal content. If you have any concerns about any content that appears on any Website or you believe that such content is harmful, offensive, or infringes your rights (such as your intellectual property rights), please contact us via contact@sragnotary.ae with the following information in sufficient detail: location of the harmful/infringing/offensive content; a brief description of why you consider the content to be harmful, offensive, or infringing and a statement confirming that you have a reasonable and honestly held belief that use of the content is not authorized; a brief description of, and information related to, the copyright work which you believe is infringed (if applicable); and your contact details. We will remove any of our content and user-generated content if we reasonably believe it to be in breach of our Legal Terms without prior notice.

12. Advertising and Sponsorship

Part of any Website may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on it complies with applicable laws. We are not responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in their advertising material.

In particular, our content and any user-generated content does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation, or arrangement to you by us and is not intended to be relied upon by you in making (or not making) any particular decision.

We have no liability to you because of: any reliance you placed on our content or user-generated content; and any arrangement made between you and any third party named on any site, which was made at your sole risk and responsibility.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
