By accessing and using the services provided by SRAG Notary, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

SRAG Notary acts as a private administrative facilitator. We provide document preparation, translation, and processing services to assist clients with official notarization in Dubai. We are not a government body or a law firm. Official notarization is performed by licensed partners.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all documents and information provided to SRAG Notary are accurate, authentic, and complete. We hold no liability for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or fraudulent submissions.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure separates administrative service fees from official court/government fees. All payments must be settled as agreed prior to the final submission of documents to our partners. Quotes provided via our calculator are estimates and subject to final confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

SRAG Notary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the administrative fee paid for the specific service requested.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
